What Takes Extra Time?

Custom Printed Envelopes: Add 1-2 business days to have your return address imprinted on all greeting card envelopes. (Available for Custom Cards orders only)

Large Orders: Please allow additional processing time of 1-2 business days for orders over 2,000 cards. We recommend you contact our customer support team to assist you with larger orders; we would love to help make your large order absolutely perfect.

How long does it take?	All local orders will be shipped by courier within 10 working days of submission. Orders received during the Period August 8 to September 21 will ship on October 3.	Shipping time can take 5-10 business days.

Where will my order ship from?	Richmond, BC	Vancouver, BC
Do you ship internationally?	We do not ship internationally at this time. We apologize but we simply have no way to make exceptions to this.
What's the best way to make an additional donation?	To make a donation please send a cheque payable to: Auxiliary to BC Children’s Hospital. 4480 Oak Street, Room 1H43, Vancouver, BC V6H 3V4. Please include your name and address to which we will issue a charitable tax receipt. Thank you for your support!
How long is the free shipping offer available on custom card order?	Free shipping until September 21. Free shipping on pre-packs and orders of 650+ after the 21st.
